Dallas is also the major commercial center for the entire metropolitan area, making it a very popular place to buy a home. In fact this metropolitan area is one of the biggest in the whole nation and with over 6 million people and growing it is the fasts growing too. 4) Make sure your comfortable: Don’t go with a lender unless you feel comfortable. Ask them to change a few terms and see what there reaction is, ask them if they can reduce the closing costs and see how accommodating they are. If they have bad customer service now you can bet that it will get worse once you close the loan.
