Is cash flow important? It is, this is what makes a difference in your life on a month to month basis. But simply to be clear it’s not the one important thing. I’m not in real estate only for the cash flow but for another very important reason.
Why I proceed to give attention to real estate particularly Rent to Own homes is the feeling of aiding a household that deserves the help. To me, this is the true reward. You’ll be able to feel it in their handshake, their hugs and the occasional small droplets of joyful tears whenever you hand them the keys to their new home. It’s a pay if forward feeling.
As much as I like going out searching for properties, my real passion is helping as many individuals as I can into house ownership. There’s another side as well. I also enjoy serving to the start investor attempting to purchase their first investment property, or the veteran real estate guru working on their ninth home. It is a good…. no, wonderful feeling on the end of the day when I lay right down to say, we helped one other family.
Is it at all times easy sailing…. not a chance. There are bumps in the street from time to time but like something in life that is worth attaining, you need to work hard at it.
May you call it a win if you couldn’t lose?
Might you name a touchdown a touchdown by working the length of the football playing field with no opponents?
This is your life….. solely you may make the adjustments in it that you want. In case you’re not where you need to be in life, the only individual you must blame is yourself. Once you stop shifting the blame to your boss for the job you detest, your partner as a result of they didn’t take out the rubbish, or the driver that reduce you off in rush hour…. after this you’re on the right track for taking on the obligations of your individual actions.
Real Estate has taught me some beneficial lesson.
It isn’t what occurs to you however what you do about it that makes the difference in your life. You see, all the difficult things that happen to you is what make you stronger. What life doing is preparing you for the next large challenge to come your way. So should you’re not dealing with those obstacles head on now and again, after this you’re not really growing. do not wish for much less problems, work on buying more skills.
As an example, a few months in the past I faced one of the greatest obstacles with certainly one of my properties. I may of rolled up in a ball and said, I’m done!!
Instead, I decide to push through it and through that, I realized an excellent deal from the experience. I then add it to my system of issues to always do, to verify and to double check. Not only do I develop from the problem I encountered, I get an opportunity to teach my valuable learning lesson to others so others can learn from my mistakes too.
Remember…. it is onerous to fail, however it’s worse to by no means have tried to succeed.
